RENTAL ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

1) Establish and satisfactorily illustrate the ability to make timely payment of future rental obligations.

2) Lack of Criminal History ( and lack of Sex Offender status)

3) Lack of Eviction History

4) Full Completion of rental application

5) Satisfactory report from Screening Company

6) Verification of Employment , and previous tenancy history

PET  POLICY

We are a no dog complex except ( Service /Companion /Assistance animals with appropriate paperwork)

Cat's are welcome with an additional deposit of $500.00  ($250.00 is Nonrefundable) this is for one cat only other animal may require additional deposit be paid
